Role Description:
As a Marketing Strategist at MPOC, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the brands we work with and resonate with their target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, contributing to the overall success of our clients' marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client's business objectives and resonate with their target audience.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaign performance, and provide regular reports.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Channel Strategy and Optimization: Develop and optimize channel strategies across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Content Strategist, creative team, and Client Project Manager to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Masters preferred.)
- Must be available Monday - Thursday for client facing calls.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Content Strategist
Role Description:
As a Content Strategist at MPOC, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that elevate the brands we work with and resonate with their audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and impactful content across various channels, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with their target audience.
- Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand our audience's preferences, needs, and pain points. Utilize these insights to refine content strategies and tailor messaging.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to plan and create a content calendar that includes a variety of content types, such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
- Content Creation Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to content creators and writers, ensuring that the created content aligns with the overall strategy and messaging.
- SEO Integration: Collaborate closely with SEO specialists to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize content for search engines, enhancing our online visibility.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that convey the brand message, values, and unique selling points across all content pieces.
- Content Distribution: Strategize the distribution of content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and industry publications, to maximize reach and engagement.

- Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors' social media activities and campaigns. Present findings to the Client Project Manager for strategic planning.
- Content Performance Optimization: Suggest improvements based on content performance data to enhance engagement and reach.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in a marketing or digital agency.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.

Marketing Coordinator
Role Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator at MPOC, you will be the driving force behind our clients' campaign execution and performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring that marketing projects align with client goals, are delivered on time, and optimized for performance. You'll wear multiple hats, functioning as a project manager, marketing strategist, and content lead — overseeing day-to-day operations and driving execution across organic and email/SMS channels. In addition to campaign coordination and light copywriting, the role requires ownership of marketing performance reporting — turning data into actionable insights and surfacing key wins, misses, and optimizations. You’ll also be expected to keep a pulse on what’s trending — pulling competitive insights and industry benchmarks that help elevate client strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Project & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules, manage day-to-day project workflows in tools like Asana or Notion, and route creative for review, gather approvals, and track progress against deadlines.
- Content Briefing & Light Copywriting: Create comprehensive content briefs for email, SMS, graphics, and social media. Draft engaging light copy, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Performance Reporting & Optimization: Own bi-weekly and monthly performance reporting, tracking and analyzing data across email (e.g., Klaviyo), SMS, and social media. Flag trends and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team (designers, editors, copywriters) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets. Ensure seamless campaign launches and thorough documentation in our internal systems. Communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively across teams.
- Industry Awareness & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, platform shifts, and marketing best practices. Conduct monthly competitor audits, creative breakdowns, and provide insights to keep our work sharp and ahead of the curve. Track what top-performing brands are doing across platforms and report back to the team.
- Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Client Communication: Communicate design concepts and campaign performance to clients, articulating the rationale behind strategic choices and incorporating client feedback effectively.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment by being adaptable, flexible, and responsive to changing client needs and project demands.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years experience in marketing coordination, content strategy, or project/account management (agency or DTC brand experience preferred.)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic analytics dashboards (Meta, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Notion, ClickUp.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Meta reporting, GA4, TikTok Business Suite, or Shopify analytics.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for performance data and creative consistency.
- Adaptability to evolving marketing trends, platforms, and client preferences.
